We charge €13,00 for shipping orders (max. 2kg) to Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. These are the selected countries in Europe where we ship to.
Please keep in mind that shipping to European countries can take 5-7 working days. We ship all orders with PostNL.
We also ship outside the European Union (EU). Keep in mind that you are responsible for the customs clearance costs, if you consider to return your items to our address due to new outside the European Union (EU) rules.
If it’s not a fit, you have 30 days to return your unworn items. It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take good care of them and keep all packaging and labels. Do not remove any labels, tags, or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting your return.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging, along with a completed return form. Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. This also includes customs clearance costs. We don't pay for customs clearance costs or accept items with unpaid customs clearance costs. Please keep a record of your return tracking.
Once your return order has arrived and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Once you've dropped off your item or had it collected, you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of refund. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items.
Please be aware that we don't accept returns with declaration costs (example: Switzerland). We don't accept your return or pay the declaration costs.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange so long as the item is in new condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged). Return approval is up to our discretion based on these conditions.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Items
Although we do our best to ensure that we only provide the best quality, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. In order to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask you to contact us for the return and send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault.
We have to be able to check what went wrong with your order, so before returning any of the items, start by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] with a description (including clear pictures) of the problem. We will assess the damage and contact you from there to decide the course of action.
Please note that for hygienic reasons underwear and socks are non-returnable. Items for shoe care and maintenance are also non-returnable and non-refundable, whether opened or not.

Where to Ship Your Return
Please do not send the return by using the original shoe box as the outer box. Don't stick tape or labels directly on the original shoebox. Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoe box and then pack the shoebox into a shipping carton or another box. There will be a €25 fee deducted from your refund if the return is received with tape or postal labels stuck directly to the products and packaging.
