Not completely satisfied with your new Gabberwear purchase? No problem! At Gabberwear, we understand that choosing the right size or style can sometimes be difficult. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy.

How can I return my order?

1. Include your packing slip or return form
   You can find the return form on the back of the packing slip included with your order.
2. Return the package
   Use a shipping service of your choice (for example PostNL or DHL) and make sure to keep your proof of shipment. Returns are always at the customer’s own risk and expense.
3. Processing time
   Processing your return may take up to 7 days after arrival. Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Return Address

Are return costs reimbursed?

No, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer until the package reaches our return address. This also includes any customs clearance fees. We do not reimburse customs charges and we do not accept shipments with unpaid customs fees.

We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with Track & Trace and keeping your return tracking information until the process has been completed.

Customers outside the European Union (EU):
Please note that you are responsible for any customs clearance costs when returning items to our address due to international shipping regulations.

Return Conditions

1. Unworn items
   Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including packaging and attached labels.
2. Return period
   You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.
3. Trying on items
   You may try on the items as long as this is done in a hygienic manner.
